AI Guidance and Platform Information Notice

These terms are issued by CyberErrands Solutions Inc., operating the BidForJunk Pro platform (“BidForJunk Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BidForJunk Pro is the platform name, product name, and marketplace brand. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is the legal owner and operator.

1. Purpose

BidForJunk Pro may use automation, AI-assisted tools, image analysis, form assistance, pricing guidance, matching logic, fraud controls, search tools, and other software features to assist Customers, Providers, and platform administrators. This Notice governs those features.

2. Guidance Only

AI-assisted outputs are guidance only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific Job. Users must review and verify all AI-assisted descriptions, estimates, scope suggestions, category labels, job notes, and platform suggestions before relying on them.

3. No Professional Advice

BidForJunk Pro does not provide legal, engineering, environmental, disposal, safety, tax, insurance, building-code, or professional advice through AI-assisted features. Users are responsible for obtaining professional advice where needed.

4. User Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for accurate Job postings, photos, access details, hazards, and scope. Providers remain responsible for inspecting available information, bidding appropriately, performing safely, complying with law, and documenting material scope changes.

5. AI and Marketplace Decisions

BidForJunk Pro may use automated or assisted tools to support matching, safety, quality, fraud detection, dispute review, provider performance records, pricing guidance, admin workflows, and support triage. BidForJunk Pro may combine automated signals with human review.

6. Uploaded Content and AI Processing

Job photos, completion photos, text descriptions, messages, documents, and platform records may be processed by BidForJunk Pro or its service providers to operate, secure, improve, and administer the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. No Guarantee

BidForJunk Pro does not guarantee that AI-assisted estimates, matching, scope guidance, provider suggestions, risk flags, job categories, or outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable. Users must make their own business decisions.
