BidForJunk Pro Terms of Use
Version: Terms of Use v1.0 | Effective Date: July 1, 2026
These terms are issued by CyberErrands Solutions Inc., operating the BidForJunk Pro platform (“BidForJunk Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BidForJunk Pro is the platform name, product name, and marketplace brand. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is the legal owner and operator. By creating an account, accessing the platform, posting a job, bidding, committing to perform a job, confirming a job, uploading content, or otherwise using BidForJunk Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use and any role-specific agreement that applies to you.
1. Definitions
“Customer” means a property manager, landlord, rental operator, real estate operator, business, or authorized representative that posts or manages jobs on BidForJunk Pro. “Provider” means an independent hauling, cleanout, junk-removal, disposal, labour, or related service business that bids on or performs jobs through BidForJunk Pro. “Job” means a service request posted on BidForJunk Pro for cleanout, junk removal, hauling, disposal, turnover support, or related services. “Bid” means a Provider’s proposed price, scope, timing, and conditions for a Job. “Commitment” means the winning Provider’s in-app confirmation that it agrees to perform the Job within the applicable 24-hour commitment window. “Service Address Release” means BidForJunk Pro’s release of the job service address and full job details to the winning Provider after the Provider submits the required in-app Commitment. It is not a release of the Customer’s personal phone number, email address, or private contact details. “Platform Fee” means BidForJunk Pro’s percentage fee retained from a completed, customer-paid Job or other fee expressly disclosed by BidForJunk Pro.
2. No Contact-Unlock Model
BidForJunk Pro does not operate a pay-to-unlock-contact model. Providers do not pay an upfront fee to reveal customer contact details. BidForJunk Pro does not release the Customer’s personal phone number, email address, or private contact details to Providers as part of the ordinary workflow. If BidForJunk Pro uses the word “unlock” anywhere in an interface, policy, message, or workflow, it means only the Service Address Release after a winning Provider commits to perform the Job in-app. It does not mean payment to access customer contact details.
3. Marketplace Role and Liability Firewall
BidForJunk Pro is a technology marketplace. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. provides software and marketplace tools that allow Customers and independent Providers to find each other, coordinate jobs, manage bids, confirm completion, and process invoicing and payouts. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. does not perform junk removal, cleanout, hauling, disposal, labour, property maintenance, contractor services, or transportation services. Providers perform the work as independent businesses. Customers choose the Provider they want to use. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. does not employ, supervise, direct, control, guarantee, or manage Providers and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, damage, injury, illegal dumping, loss, theft, incomplete work, poor workmanship, workplace incidents, disposal violations, or other conduct of Providers.
4. Eligibility and Business Use
BidForJunk Pro is intended for business and commercial use. By using BidForJunk Pro on behalf of a company, property owner, property manager, landlord, rental operator, or service provider, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account credentials secure.
5. User Accounts and Platform Records
BidForJunk Pro may create, store, and rely on platform records including account data, user role, accepted document version, clickwrap text, timestamps, IP address, device information, job ID, bid ID, commitment records, service-address release records, completion evidence, invoices, payments, payouts, dispute notes, and communications. These platform records may be used to administer the platform, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, verify acceptance, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Customer and Provider Agreements
Customers are also bound by the Customer Terms and NET 30 Billing and Payment Policy. Providers are also bound by the Provider Agreement, Operating Rules, and applicable payout terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific role-based document governs for that role or transaction.
7. Fees, Commission, Invoicing and Payouts
BidForJunk Pro’s standard Provider Platform Fee is 19.99% of the accepted Job value for completed and customer-paid Jobs unless another fee is expressly disclosed in writing or in the platform. The Provider Platform Fee is not an upfront unlock fee. It is not charged to reveal customer contact details. It is retained from the Provider’s payout only after the Job is completed, confirmed or deemed payable, invoiced to the Customer, paid by the Customer, and funds have cleared. Customers may be invoiced on NET 30 terms, prepayment terms, subscription terms, or other disclosed billing terms. Provider payouts may be delayed until Customer payment is received and cleared.
8. Platform Coordination and Communications
All ordinary job coordination must remain on BidForJunk Pro unless BidForJunk Pro expressly authorizes another workflow. BidForJunk Pro may provide in-app messaging, platform notices, masked communications, job notes, scheduling tools, and support channels. Users may not pressure, solicit, or require another user to move coordination or payment off-platform to avoid BidForJunk Pro fees, records, or rules.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not provide false information, upload false documents, post fake jobs, submit misleading bids, or misrepresent qualifications. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, abuse, defraud, stalk, or endanger any user. Do not request, perform, or assist illegal dumping or unlawful disposal. Do not bypass BidForJunk Pro’s payment, commission, billing, acceptance, commitment, or dispute workflows. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attack the platform. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, private, misleading, or harmful content.
10. User Content and Licence
Users may upload job photos, descriptions, documents, messages, completion photos, insurance certificates, verification documents, and other content. You represent that you have the right to upload and use that content. You grant CyberErrands Solutions Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, use, and share your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, administer, and enforce BidForJunk Pro.
11. Intellectual Property
BidForJunk Pro, including its name, software, workflows, designs, branding, documents, database structure, platform logic, user interface, content, and related intellectual property, is owned by CyberErrands Solutions Inc. or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BidForJunk Pro for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from BidForJunk Pro without written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
BidForJunk Pro may use third-party services including Stripe, Stripe Connect, Supabase, Resend, hosting providers, analytics providers, security tools, communication providers, and support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms and may process information in other jurisdictions. CyberErrands Solutions Inc. is not responsible for third-party service outages, processor holds, bank delays, compliance reviews, or restrictions outside its reasonable control.
13. Service Availability
BidForJunk Pro may change, suspend, restrict, update, interrupt, or discontinue all or part of the platform at any time. BidForJunk Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
14. Suspension and Termination
CyberErrands Solutions Inc. may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or transaction if it believes a user has breached these Terms, created legal or safety risk, failed to pay, submitted false information, circumvented the platform, caused repeated disputes, engaged in fraud, harmed users, or threatened platform integrity. Termination does not affect obligations that accrued before termination, including payment, commission, indemnity, confidentiality, dispute, and liability obligations.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidForJunk Pro disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability. BidForJunk Pro does not guarantee any job, bid, provider, customer, payment date, payout date, service outcome, price, availability, completion date, or business result.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberErrands Solutions Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, and the BidForJunk Pro platform from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of BidForJunk Pro, your content, your services, your job postings, your bids, your breach of any agreement, your non-payment, your violation of law, your misconduct, your dispute with another user, or your circumvention of the platform.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberErrands Solutions Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, and the BidForJunk Pro platform are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-rent, lost-data, business-interruption, reputational, replacement-service, or similar damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidForJunk Pro’s total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of: (a) the platform fee actually retained by BidForJunk Pro for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim; or (b) CAD $100.
18. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The parties submit to the courts of Ontario for disputes arising from or related to BidForJunk Pro, unless BidForJunk Pro later adopts another lawful dispute-resolution procedure in updated terms.
19. Changes to Terms
BidForJunk Pro may update these Terms by posting an updated version, presenting updated terms in a clickwrap flow, or otherwise notifying users. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
